Please follow the steps outlined below for a smooth entrance into the school year.

Use your phone/device and log into your school email. It will be EXTREMELY important this year to check your email daily, as we will communicate most of our information there this year. On the SHS website, go to "students" and click on Office 365.
Login: student first initial/last name/4-digit [email protected]

Password: Lunch/state ID number (this will be a 7 digit number) This has been reset as of Tuesday. Email me if you do not know your state ID

Next, open the Skyward app on your phone/computer.

Please open Skyward on both if you have both. For any device other than a phone, make sure that you can access their account on the web. You can do this through the Smyrna High website or the RCS Website. Click Skyward at the top of the page.

If you have a phone, please open Skyward on your phone. If you do not have the Skyward app, please download. Once in the app, explore and look at your schedule and emergency contacts to see if they are updated. If you cannot see your schedule, this means that parents have not updated Skyward and will need to do so in order to allow them to see your schedule. Also, go to the ID Card tab and make sure there is a barcode there. This will be their Other Id, which is their Skyward ID, that will be used to scan when they check in tardy at the office if on campus.

There will be VERY few changes approved. 9th graders refer to the handbook sent to the middle school last year.

8. Set up your self-service password:

Go to http://aka.ms/ssprsetup in your web browser
Complete the sign-up process using your existing school email address ([email protected])
State ID as the password (same number as your lunch/library number).
