Hello, and welcome to Biology!
Please check your grades daily through Schoology and then weekly through Skyward using your assigned username and password. Schoology is updated almost every school day, and Skyward grades are typically updated once a week, typically before 5:00 PM every Friday. If you need assistance with your login information, please contact the counseling office.
Use Clever to access assignments in Schoology. If this is your first time accessing Clever from home, you will need to put your entire email address in [email protected] and your password that you always use to log into a computer a school
All Biology students will be given their own copy of four student workbooks. Each workbook will have the worksheets and readings necessary for each of the four main units we will cover this term. Students will have access to an online textbook for reference and additional helps. The use of these learning materials will be explained in class.

Supplies needed to maximize learning
and participation in Biology
- 1. School issued laptop computer.
- 2. Two Blue or Two black pens
- 3. A Spiral Bound Notebook OR a Composition Notebook.
NOTE: This notebook will remain in the classroom each day.
- 4. Coloring Devices: A Full Set of Colored pencils, pens, or crayons.
A full set = minimum of 10 colors. (No “felt tip” pens or markers)
- 5. Assignment planner– Such as an actual daily planner, a small spiral bound paper
tablet, a daily calendar, or something creatively designed by the student and approved by Dr. Dean.
Samples will also be placed in a Schoology folder for you to print and use.
