Welcome to Dr. Burgess Biology Class

Welcome to my class, I look forward to working with you and your parents to make this year successful.  

 

A little about me.  I earned my bachelors degree from MTSU and my masters and doctorate from Trevecca Nazarene University.  I have been a teacher for over 17 years in Metro Nashville schools and Rutherford county schools.  I am married for over 20 years and have two sons; one 19 and the other 21.  Both are in college at MTSU.  

 

I love to travel, listening to jazz, and going to live performances such as plays and concerts.
