We utilize the PLT4M online program during PE classes. Please follow the steps below to get started:
- Download PLT4M app to your phone
- Click register
- Class code: Dawgs
- Enter school email + password you can remember
- Select the appropriate class period
Once you have completed the above, you will be able to access our content and assigned workouts. Email your teacher with questions or issues with the app -
