Coach Sheppard

Hello and welcome to Physical Education, my name is Coach Sheppard.

I currently teach Physical Education 1st period - 6th period and weightlifting 7th period.

I am the Head Wrestling Coach for both the men's and women's teams here at Smyrna High.

I am an assistant baseball coach, and I am certified to drive the activities buses.

I am super excited to be back to school and I look forward to meeting you all.
