To keep up with industry standards students will have certain items covered by the uniform fee for the student to participate in labs, work in the Café/Coffee shop and catering events.

Culinary I Students will also have the option to purchase an apron(to help protect there clothes from stains), a head covering ( ball cap or bandana) and a culinary arts shirt, these are required to work catered events and coffee shop/ Cafe hours.

Culinary II  will also have the option to purchase a solid black Chefs Coat. This will take place of the apron and shirt that culinary 1 gets.  The Chef coat is also required for catered events and working the café/coffee shop.

Culinary III will also have the option to purchase a new white chef coat OR get a Culinary Shirt(shirt design changes every year). Be advised that all Culinary III students must have the black chef coat to participate in Bulldog Café/Catering/Coffee shop.

Culinary IV students will also have the option to purchase a white chef coat with their name embroidered on.

Students are responsible for their own items and must maintain items clean and presentable for labs and catering/events. For all catering events students will also need solid neutral color shoes (gray, black, blue, or navy), and ether black slacks or school appropriate blue jeans as instructed by Chef Villalobos or Ingram for that event.
