I am looking forward to being your Dual Biology teacher this year.  Please make sure you have logged into your Bethel email.  You should have gotten a letter from Bethel confirming you are accepted into the program. That letter should detail your username for your email.  The password to begin with should be your social security number, but after the first log in you will change it.  Please email me at [email protected]    If you have any trouble, I can direct you where to find answers.  Please use my Bethel email for any questions you have regarding the class.  This is a university policy.  You can also join my remind group by texting @biologydua to 81010
Make sure you ask questions when needed and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Dual Enrollment Biology Textbook and Supplies
The following texts are required for both semesters of Biology:

Hoefnagels, M. 2012. Biology: Concepts and Investigations (2nd ed.). McGraw-Hill, ISBN 0073403474

You can buy it or rent it from any source- online...Amazon, etc. Get the cheapest one you can! Don't buy new!
Please have this by the first day of class. You can get the third edition if you have trouble finding the second edition.
****Please keep in mind******
After school starts, we will receive lab manuals from Bethel University that you will be required to buy for
EACH semester.  Lab manuals must be purchased from me when I get them from Bethel. They set the price for these and I'll let you know as soon as I hear something from them.
Other than the required text and lab manual, the only supplies needed daily are paper and writing utensils.
Please email me if you have any questions or concerns: [email protected]
